Our favourite X-Golf courses

Without leaving New Zealand you can play on some of the best golf courses in the world.

Our most renowned course is Pebble Beach but what about the others?

Harbour Town

This distinguished golf course places a premium on finesse, imagination and shot-making, rather than strength, making it a perennial favourite among PGA Tour players.

Home of the RBC Heritage, this is always a challenging course to play.

Consistently ranked as the #1 golf course in Hawaii, playing The Plantation Course is sure to be on every golfer’s bucket list. This Course is the site of the PGA TOUR Hyundai Tournament of Champions each January featuring an elite field of previous year's PGA TOUR winners. With dramatic elevation changes, this course offers plenty of downhill tee shots. You’ll feel like one of the pros when, with the aid of the aggressive slope of the 18th fairway, you will enjoy hitting one of the longest drives of your life.

Mauna Ocean

One of our favourite courses due to the length and playability. This is very short off the tee but you do need a lot of skill to master the course.

The par 3s are quite treacherous with most having water that comes into play.

If you are a big hitter you will not have trouble getting to the par 4s in one shot. For the player new to the game, the wide fairways make this an enjoyable course to play.

Coeur d’Alene

It’s one of the best-known icons in golf – the Famous Floating Green on the 14th hole. Nothing else beats a good day of golf here.

The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course provides an unmatched waterfront golf experience. Designed along the shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene, it ranks among the best in the world for personal service and beautifully manicured play.

These are just a few of the courses on offer, come in and find the many hidden gems!!

Bethpage Black

There’s a sign on the first tee. It says: “WARNING—The Black Course is an extremely difficult course which we recommend only for highly skilled golfers.”

Harbour Town Golf Links

The fairways were built on flat terrain and are lined by pine trees. The small greens are slightly sloped and have medium speed

Innisbrook Copperhead

The course is long, has undulating hills, extremely narrow fairways, and very tall pine trees that can alter your shot selection

Kapalua Plantation

Plays into rolling foothills of the West Maui Mountains on land that was formerly pineapple fields. Spectacular ocean vistas with large, undulating greens

Pebble Beach® Golf Links*

Small greens and narrow fairways bordered by deep rough. There are spectacular ocean views from many of the holes. Water hugs many holes here

Spyglass Hill® Golf Course

The fast greens are medium-sized. The course winds up and down Spyglass Hill, so expect many uneven lies

The Links at Spanish Bay®

Located alongside the ocean, its rugged natural beauty possesses many great views of the coastline. Designed to mimic a traditional links-style course
